Returns and Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period and return the item(s) within 14 days after informing us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
